“I changed my insurance to Erie about a year and a half ago after doing some research. I was happy to find the Polesky Agency as a local choice and got hooked up with Scott Berney as my agent. I went from one car, to two cars, to two cars and renter’s insurance with Erie and have always been happy.
I was in an accident and was thoroughly impressed by the quality and speed of the claims process, both from Scott’s office and the corporate office. Within two hours of my accident, I had my car at a repair shop of my choosing, a claim filed, my testimony given, and a rental car. The estimate process for my car was easy and painless and I had everything resolved within two and a half weeks. I will continue to refer Erie to everyone that I have the opportunity to. Great company, great local office.”

The installer filed the claim for me, coordinated a date and time that met my schedule, and installed the windshield. Excellent service all the way around. “I have been with the Polesky Agency for maybe thirty years. During that time, I have enjoyed very good customer service, and prompt attention to my policy needs. Most of my focus has been with Automobile Insurance, and I have been very happy with Erie Insurance for my automobiles. Some of Erie’s policy intricacies are a bit strange, but they are in the business of making money while providing a valuable service. The agents at Polesky are not part of the corporate structure, and of themselves, have always had my insurance needs foremost in their account servicing. Hard to beat that kind of service!
